is Located in Durham Region, Ontario.
Regional Process Service staff bring
over 70 years of legal experience to the business.
Our full and part time staff includes 5 Associates including 2 Commissioners, *a Licensed and Insured Paralegal, 2 Process/Courier Servers, and a Law Clerk office manager.
All functions of Regional Process Service are
overseen by our office manager/administrator who has been an Associate Member of the
Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario for over 40 years.
Regional Process Service provides prompt, courteous, professional service for
issuing, serving and filing of legal documents throughout Durham Region and all
of Southern Ontario.
We provide a licensed and insured *Paralegal for Small
Claims Courts who can assist in matters allowed by all Rules governing
Agents and Paralegals *retiring from Paralegal Services on June 1, 2010*.
Our service is based on integrity and we keep our clients informed on the
progress of the documents we handle, giving them peace of mind in knowing that
their legal documents have been served to the appropriate party, or properly
issued and/or filed with the court office as instructed
